Beautification Committee

In order to protect our roads, they have been crack sealed to minimize any damage.  The roads will be rechecked in the spring to see if any freeze heaving occurred.  Then, a decision will be made if any additional repairs/resurfacing will need to occur.

Boat Dock News

There are several slips available to rent if anyone is interested (property owners only) - Slip 6, 7, 12, 13, 14 and 20.  If you are interested, please contact Brenda Barnes tres.sterlingshores@gmail.com

Fence Committee

All fencing has been completed on the CR 4385 perimeter of Sterling Shores.  A big thanks goes out to Chris Bowers who handled the bids and work.  It is the property owner's responsibility to purchase the gate across their driveway, if they desire.

Management

Sterling Shores will go to a self managed Association beginning December 1, 2023.  Goodwin will not be the first point of contact anymore.

We are in the process of moving to Quick Books to receive POA due payments.  Please be patient as we work out the kinks.  Thank you!

Architecture Committee

We are moving away from Goodwin as our Association Management Company.  All submissions for any building plans need to go directly to each member of the ACC committee:
